"Its fine, not drinking, and besides, we techinaly shouldn't be, right." Colbie said, with a slight smirk on her face. Yes, she wasen't one to follow the rules, but hey, they were there for a reason, and it probley would be safer seeing as the two of them both drove here themselves. For once in her life, she decided to make the smart choice.
When their eyes met, Colbie too turned her head away. She could tell that he was into her, at least just a bit. But as for Colbie, this was the first time that she had really fallen for a guy so quickly. But hey, great things happen in a blink of an eye right? As she looked back towards him, she could feel silence starting to come between them, and before it turned akward, she began to speak, "So, what do you think of it here, in New York?" What did she just say? It was most likley the stupidest thing to say... ever! What was there to do now though, you couldn't take something back that had already been said.

Jon nodded absentmindedly as Colbie spoke. He did suppose she was right. It would be easier, since they had both driven separately. He frowned slightly when she looked away, but the look was gone when she looked back. He didn't want her to think he didn't like her at all. He had to smile slightly at her question.
Well, its beginning to have its finer points. He said glancing at her. It was clear these "finer points" included her, but he wasn't about to voice that one. He cleared his throat. So, he began with a glance at his watch. It was nearing midnight. It wasn't nearly late enough to head in, but for some reason, Jon was bored. Want to head out and show me what this city's really about? He knew you couldn't judge a city by the quality of its clubs.

Its finer points, eh. Colbie wondered what these points were, heself perhaps, but she wasen't about to ask. Taking sip of her water, Colbie began to wonder how late it was. It had to be at least midnight by now. Closing her eyes for just a moment, she began to feel tired. She jerked them open. She couldn't even think about sleeping right now, it wasen't that late.
"Well, I don't know where we could go at this time," Colbie said, not really knowing what would be open at this time. Gosh, she didn't even think that the diner was open this late. "We could figure something out though," She said, still thinking of something that they could do at this time.

Oh. I'm sure we can figure something out. Jon spoke with a slightly devilish grin. Woah. Easy there buddy. He stepped off his stool and reached for Colbie's hand. He led her out of the club, through the tight packs of people.
The chilly night air hit his face like a sting. It wasn't that cold, but after the tight packed club, it seemed it. He looked at Colbie and smiling slightly asked one question. So.. right or left?

"I think we could." She said, as she followed him out, hand in hand. As the two of them stepped outside of the club, and into the crisp night, Colbie tugged on her unzipped jacket, trying to keep her body warmth attached to herself.
"Uh.. right?" She said, not paying that much attention to what Jon was saying. She was more focused on him at the moment, and trying to the think about alot. She had come to the conclusion that when she though, she made a fool of herself, and that it had to stop. She was sick of being a fool.

As you wish Jon said with a grin. He steered them to the right, his arm circling her shoulders. He had played this "game" alot back in Pittsburgh. He had the tendancy to get bored easily at clubs and so he had gone off and played right or left with his friends on several occasions. Of course, the game could be more fun if you were slightly drunk, but there was something exilahrating about doing it with Colbie compleatley sober.
Jon looked down at her light jacket for a moment. Cold? He asked.

When Jon turned right, and just drove around, Colbie clued into what he was doing. Yes, driving around randomly was weird, but she couldn't say she haden't done it before. On nights when she did nothing, she would just hop into her mercury, and drive.
"Cold? Oh no. Just had a chill," She said, "The temprature out here was alot diffrent than in the club." She somewhat lied. Yes, she had a chill from the differance in temprature, but she still didn't like the cold.
