The amount of time Othello spent in the student lounge was next to none, yet for lack of not wanting to go in his room, he found himself here. Seven at night, and Othello couldn’t help but be annoyed. Sitting at a small table along the side wall, Othello was probably the darkest part of the room even though where he sat happened to be very well lit. Bundled up in his dark grey coat, legs in black skinny jeans were pulled up to his chest. Being not all that flexible, his legs were forced to lean against the edge table he sat at, a defensive, stand-offish position all in all, despite the fact that Othello seemed rather comfortable in the chair.
A dark glare swept across the room, frown pulling over his thin, carved mouth. He shook his head, sticking out his tongue and making a face of disgust as he looked down back at the medical journal he was presently reading. People were flat disgusting, there were so many reasons. Othello was quite happy to be at the table he’d just sanitized, the air around it smelling pungently of Lysol, though that was a common smell around Othello. Looking down at the journal, Othello flipped the page without having hardly read it, but that was no surprise. He’d read this one before and having a photographic memory, reading things twice weren’t terribly useful. One of his favorites, though, all cohesive journal about Puesdomonas aureginosa and anti-biotic resistance of spore forming bacteria. Didn’t sound terribly interesting, but Othello found it fascinating.

The smell of Lysol was driving him up the wall. Equipped with a large bottle of diet coke, Sam was determined to find the offensive material and douse it with the foul tasting soft drink until it smelled a suitable shade of dirty, he would clean it with soap and water later, but first came the soda. He walked into the student lounge and sniffed. Yes, it was definitely originating from in here. He began to move around the room swiftly, not even noticing the other people in the room, mumbling "I'm sorry." If he bumped into people. Finally he reached the spot from which the offensive odor was originating, and without so much as looking at the boy sitting at the table, opened the bottle of soda, and dumped the entire thing onto the table.
Once the scent of Lysol had dissolved, he breathed a sigh of relief, and looking around noticed Othello for the first time. "Oh, I'm sorry I didn't see you there. How could you stand that absolutely disgusting smell. It was driving me crazy, I hope you don't mind but I had to get rid of it." He smiled at the boy, and tensed, ready to run if things got out of hand.
